The R30 is part of our 30mm spindle line of cranks which also includes the M30, A30 and G30 models. The “R” stands for road and the “30” is for the 30mm spindle. This is the crank you want for most road and gravel builds where a road chainline is needed and you want (and the frame can accommodate) a lower Q factor than the G30 cranks provide.
